When I went to Boom Dance Complex, the sweetest girl and her mom came up to me and told me that after hearing me talk about my community service initiative dedicated to my autistic brother Teddy, she knew exactly what she wanted her own initiative to be. Her brother is also autistic, and being able to connect through that shared experience meant so much to me.
Moments like these remind me why I share Teddy’s story. You never know who might need to hear it, and sometimes the most meaningful connections happen when you least expect them. ❤️
